To All of my Patients,
I wanted to inform you that January 5, 2018 will be my last day at EyeMax EyeCare. I have made the decision to pursue other opportunities starting in 2018.
Since July 2013, I have had the pleasure to meet and take care of many patients. Each and every one of you has helped shape me into the doctor that I am today. I would like to thank you for trusting in me with your care over these past 4 and a half years. It has been my pleasure to get to know you over this time and I will miss seeing you at EyeMax EyeCare.
I am leaving you in the care of Dr. Tiffany Khoo.
Thank you once again!
