Our trained doctors are always available, we have proffesional Optometrists on call to handle all of your eye care needs and worries.
Dr. Parm Sandhu
Founder & Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Sandhu was raised in Williams Lake, BC. He later moved to Vancouver to attend UBC where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1989. He received his Doctor of Optometry in 1994, from New England College of Optometry in Boston where he was also a member of the school’s honour society Beta Sigma Kappa. Dr. Sandhu has been practicing optometry in BC since, and in 2001 opened up his first EyeMax EyeCare clinic in Vancouver’s downtown core.
Over the last six years he has expanded his practice to include a second location in Abbotsford.
Dr. Tracy Weng
Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Tracy Weng grew up in Coquitlam, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of British Columbia. She later completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at New England College of Optometry in Boston, USA, graduating with Beta Sigma Kappa standing for academic achievement, and the Robert A. Titelbaum Award for outstanding clinical performance.
In Dr. Weng’s final year of rotations, she received clinical and didactic training at Baltimore Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, The Cornea & Laser Eye Institute, and community health centre affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital. This provided her with thorough training in ocular pathology and refractive surgery co-management alongside ophthalmologists, as well as optometric primary care.
Dr. Imreet Toor
Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Imreet Toor was born and raised in Surrey, British Columbia. She attended the University of British Columbia where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She then proceeded to complete her Doctorate of Optometry at New England College of Optometry in 2019.
She completed her externships in Boston and New Hampshire which consisted of primary eye care including soft and hard contact lens fittings and ocular disease treatment and management.
On her time off, Dr. Toor enjoys travelling along with spending time with her family and friends.
